Grisette Blonde Bio is a light and very refreshing beer, refermented in bottle with a magnificent pale yellow color topped with a thin layer of white foam.
Brewed in the respect of traditions by the St Feuillien Brewery, it is not subjected to any biochemical treatment for a naturally gluten-free organic certification. The nose exudes herbal and malty aromas with hints of hops and fruit. On the palate, fruity, floral, malty, herbal and hoppy flavors are appreciated in a subtly bitter whole.
It is light-bodied, moderately carbonated with a watery texture for a subtly bitter finish.
